Tori Sargent September 2009
TORI SARGENT is an 8th grade student at
West Geauga Middle School. During her tenure she has had numerous
accomplishments. Athletically she has been active in Gymnastics
and has been a member of our Volleyball and Track teams.
Academically she has been a member of our Honor Roll.
Audrey Rabe

AUDREY RABE is an 8th grade student at West Geauga Middle School.
During her tenure she has had numerous accomplishments.
Athletically
she has been extremely active in Gymnastics. Academically she has
been
a member of our Honor Roll. In her free time she likes to rock
climb.
Andrew Balkovec
November 2009
ANDREW BALKOVEC is an 8th grade student at West Geauga Middle
School. During his tenure he has had numerous
accomplishemnts. Athletically he has been a member of our
Football and Basketball teams. He was team Captain of the
Football team. Academically he has achieved Honor Roll.
Josh Ebersbacher
December 2009
JOSH EBERSBACHER is an 8th grade student at West Geauga Middle
School.
During his tenure, he has had numerous accomplishments.
Athletically
he has played Basketball, Soccer, Track and Cross-Country. Josh is also
a big Cavs fan! Academically he has achieved Honor Roll with a
4.0
grade point average.

Katie Cavasinni May 2009
Katie Cavasinni is an 8th grade
student at the West Geauga Middle School. During her tenure,
Katie has had numerous accomplishments, Katie is a multiple
ACE Award winner and the recipient of the Lindsey Elementary
Outstanding Citizen Award. Athletically, she has been involved in
soccer for eight years; currently she plays for West G's U-14
Travel Team and looks forward to playing the the WG High School
Team/ Academically, She is an Honor Roll Student and has been a
West Winner. In addition, Katie is a member of It's Your Move and
has been a representative for the West Geauga Middle School at the
Global Issues Seminar and the It's Your Move Fall Conference on
Understanding Race.
Isabella Todaro April 2009
Isabella
Todaro is an 8th grade student at West Geauga Middle School.
During her tenure, she has had numerous accomplishments,
Academically, Isabella is a member of Student Council and is on the
Honor Roll. She is
extensively involved as a member of the Wetland Education Team that
works continually to preserve the wetlands in our community, She
has been recognized on the national level for her efforts to educate
other about wetlands. Isabella has also been a member of
Destination Imagination since the first grade.
Harrison Sigman March 2009
Harris Sigman is an 8th Grade
Student at West Geauga Middle School. During his tenure, he has
had numerous accomplishments. Athletically, he has participated
in the 7th and 8th grade football team and the West Geauga Travel
Baseball Team with the team Easton Titans, Academically, he has
been on the Merit Roll. In Harrison's spare time, he enjoys
working out and traveling out of state playing baseball.

Kelli Wright February 2009
Kelli is an 8th Grade student at West Geauga Middle
School. During
her tenure, he has had numerous accomplishments. Athletically,
she is has been a member to the 8th Grade Basketball Team, Cheer
leading
Squad, and the Dixie Chopper Travel Fast Pitch Softball
League, She is also part of the Wetlands Education Team which
tries to educate and raise awareness of the wetlands and their
importance. Through this, Kelli has won a number of awards such
as the Christopher Columbus Award, and the Sea World Environmental
Excellence Award, She is also a member of the Power of the Pen,
and on her way to the Regional Tournament at Hudson Middle School on
April 4th, 2009. Academically, she is a straight-A student and is
on the Honor Roll
Sadie Poe January 2009
Sadie is an 8th Grade student at West Geauga Middle
School. During
her tenure, he has had numerous accomplishments. Athletically,
she is a member of the West Geauga Traveling Soccer Team, the Cleveland
Soccer Academy Impact Team, participated in the Olympic Development
Soccer Program, the 7th and 8th Grade Basketball Team, the Spring AAU
Beaumont Basketball Team, Dixie Choppers Softball Team (fast pitch),
and the WGMS Cross Country Team. Academically, she has a 4.0 GPA
and is a member of the Honor Roll. She is also involved in the
West Geauga 8th Grade Band,Choir and participated in this year's Santa
Lucia activities. Sadie attends the Fellowship Bible Church
Mario Formichelli December 2008
Mario is an 8th Grade student at West Geauga Middle School.
During his tenure, he has had numerous accomplishments.
Athletically, he has participated in the 7th and 8th Grade Basketball
Team, Cross Country Teams, the WG Recreation Council Baseball Team, and
the West Geauga Travel Baseball Team. Academically, he has been a
member of the Merit Roll. He is also very involved as a member of
St. Anselm's Church.

Michael Duffy November 2008
Michael is an 8th grade student at West
Geauga Middle School. During his tenure, he has had numerous
accomplishments. Athletically, Michael has been a member of the
Football Team and the Wrestling Team, Academically, he has
achieved Honor Roll and has achieved a 4.0 grade point average.
He is also involved in many student activities such as Recreation
Council Baseball and Wrestling, He has also helped the High
School Football Team and attends church.
Tyler Hubay October 2008
Tyler is an 8th grade student at West
Geauga Middle School. During his tenure, he has had numerous
accomplishments. Athletically, Tyler has been a member of the
Basketball Team and the Baseball Team, Recreationly Tyler likes
to ski and swim. Academically, he has achieved Honor Roll and has
achieved a 4.0 grade point average, Tyler is also involved in
many student activities such a Boy Scouts of America, Archery, Drama
Club and Student Council.
Baylee Diedrich September
2008
Baylee is an 8th grade student at West
Geauga Middle School. During her tenure, she has had numerous
accomplishments, Athletically she has danced for 10 years, been
in the Nutcracker four times, danced for nursing homes, danced at
Playhouse Square, and worked at numerous AAU Basketball
tournaments, Academically she has been a member of the Honor Roll
and Merit Roll. She is also involved in many student activities
such as television announcements, 4-H car washes, babysitting and
Student Council.

Taylor Tercek May 2008
Taylor is in the 8th grade and has had
many accomplishments, Athletically, she has been a member of the

CROPwalk.

Nolan is an 8th grade student and has had
numerous accomplishments, Athletically, he has been a member of
the 7th and 8th Grade Football Teams, 7th and 8th Grade Basketball

Joe Ziccardi February 2008
Joe Ziccardi is an 8th Grade student at
West Geauga Middle School. During her tenure, he has had numerous
accomplishments. Athletically, he has been a member of the 7th
and 8th grade Basketball Team and the running back for the Football
Team. Joe has also been on the U15 Baseball Team.
Academically, he has achieved Honor Roll and aspires to reach a
4.0 Grade Point Average, He is also been involved in many student
activities such as 6th Grade Band and 7th Grade Chorus, He had
volunteered with the Geauga Council on Aging during the Fall Clean-up
Avi Ralys January 2008
Avi Ralys is an 8th Grade student at West
Geauga Middle School. During her tenure, she has had numerous
accomplishments. Athletically, she has been a member of the Cross
Country Team, the Track Team and a Basketball Cheerleader,
Academically, she has achieved Merit Roll and Honor Roll. She is
also involved in many student activities such a playing clarinet in the
Band, West Winner, 8th grade Power of the Pen Team and has
achieved a 4.0 this quarter.
Zak Kucera December 2007
Zak Kucera is an 8th Grade Student at West
Geauga Middle School. During his tenure, he has had numerous
accomplishments. Athletically, he has been a member of the
Basketball Team and has been the quarterback of the Football
Team. He has also been a catcher for the Great Lakes Travel
Baseball Team, a ball boy for Varsity Football games, and a volunteer
for the Lions Club Football and Little League Baseball programs.
Academically, he has achieved Honor Roll and has achieved a 4.0 Grade
point average, Zak is also involved in many student activities
such as Student Council, representing WGMS at the CVC Leadership forum,
a member of It's Your Move Peer Tutor, West Winner, 2 year member
of the Jazz band, and a member of the Wetlands Education Team
(W.E.T.). As a member of the W.E.T. Zak helped to educate
students about the importance of Wet Lands and has testified at the
Ohio State Senate to have the Spotted Salamander as the Ohio State
Amphibian.

Sean Cooper November 2007
Sean
has been a member of the basketball
and soccer teams. He has achieved merit and honor roll status and
has achieved a 4.0 grade point average. Sean is involved in many
student activities, such as Destination Imagination
and the Wetlands Education Team (W.E.T.). As a member of the W.E.T. he won the
Christopher Columbus Award, has won the Sea World Environmental
Excellence Award, has won the National School Award from Take Pride in America- a division of
the Department of the Interior, and has receive much press regarding the
Team.
Clay McMullen October 2007
Clay
has been a member of the fencing and
football teams. He has achieved merit and honor roll status and
has achieved a 4.0 grade point average. He is involve in several
student activities, including Destination
Imagination and the Wetlands Education Team (W.E.T.). As a member
of the W.E.T. he won the Christopher Columbus Award, has won the
Sea World Environmental Excellence Award, has won the National School
Award from Take Pride in America- a division of the Department of
the Interior, and has received much press regarding the Team,
Clay has also won the Bronze Medal for the Prudential Spirit of
Community Award.
Emily Gatautis
September 2007
Emily has been a
member of the cross
country team and has cheered for the basketball and track teams.
She's a member of the honor roll and has been involved in many student
activities, including yearbook and television announcements.
