13 – The Swamp Rattlers
The
“Rattlers”, named for a rare
rattlesnake have a repertoire of rock,
blues, and country tunes. This
high-energy Classic Blues-Rock band
delivers “blues with a bite”.
This
delightfully eccentric gang plays
traditional polkas reminiscent of “The
Lawrence Welk Show”, but sometimes
morphs into punk-rock renditions of
the same songs. They throw in comedic
renditions of oddball favorites,
audience participation songs, and even
polka-rock!
“The
Music Man” and celebrated singer,
musician, and songwriter brings his
unique blend of Southern rock,
country, and rollicking, frolicking,
whole-lotta-fun show to Chesterland.
Through
musicianship and technology, FM77
performs hits popular on your FM dial
in the late 70’s and early
80's. these musicians bring back
memories of those fabulous times.
A
string band that plays Appalachian
old-time fiddle tunes guaranteed to
get toes tapping and feet dancing.
They bring their lively, uplifting
music to the Bandstand for the first
time this summer.
Made
up of Chesterland natives, Jenny Créme
covers a wide variety of artists from
the 80s and 90s. They’ll make you want
to get up and dance and is sure to
excite and delight.
Ohio’s
only all-volunteer county fair band
has entertained audiences throughout
the county and is preparing for the
196th Great Geauga
County Fair, the oldest continuous
county fair in Ohio and
one of the oldest continuous
agricultural fairs in the nation. The
band will be performing every day
during the fair over Labor Day
weekend, Thursday September 1 through
Monday September 5.
